ALLWALK LIMITED (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through allwalk.shop. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR.

What we collect

  • Order data: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, items purchased, payment confirmation (we do not store your full card details — these are handled by our payment processor once configured).
  • Account data, if you create one: email, order history, saved addresses.
  • Contact form data: name, email, order number if you give one, and the content of your message.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, via cookies — see our Cookie Policy.

Why we process it, and our legal basis

  • Fulfilling your order — performance of a contract.
  • Customer service and returns — performance of a contract / legitimate interest.
  • Fraud prevention and legal compliance — legal obligation / legitimate interest.
  • Essential cookies — needed to run the cart and checkout, as described in our Cookie Policy.

Who we share it with

We share order data with the fulfilment suppliers and couriers needed to deliver your order, who may be located outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses to keep it protected. We also use payment processors to take payment (configured separately) and may use email and hosting providers to run the site. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes (normally 6 years), and other personal data for no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to processing; and receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email support@allwalk.shop.
