Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email support@allwalk.shop with your order number, or use the model cancellation form below. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.

Returning your item

Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you must send the item(s) back to us within 14 days. Please contact us first so we can confirm the correct return address for your item, as our suppliers ship from more than one location. Please pack items carefully, in their original packaging where possible.

Unless we have told you the return is free, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Refunds

We will refund you the price you paid for the item, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned item back (or evidence that you have sent it back, if earlier). Refunds are made to your original payment method.

If you paid for a faster delivery option than our standard rate, we will only refund the standard delivery amount.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives faulty, not as described, or damaged in transit, this does not affect your right to a refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us with photos of the issue and your order number and we will resolve it at no cost to you, including return postage.

Condition of returned items

You may handle an item as you would in a shop to check it. If an item has been used beyond that — for example washed, or with an insert or rod fitted — we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value. This does not affect your rights for faulty goods.
