Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every order placed on allwalk.shop, operated by ALLWALK LIMITED (“ALLWALK”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
ALLWALK LIMITED is a company registered in Scotland. Contact us at support@allwalk.shop. Our company registration number and registered office address are published on our Legal Information page.
2. Orders and contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We will send an order confirmation email; the contract between us is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation for that item, not before. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud — and will refund you in full if we do.
3. Prices and currency
Prices are set in USD and can be displayed in EUR, GBP, CAD or CHF using the currency selector. Your order is charged in the currency shown at checkout, using the conversion shown to you before you pay. Prices exclude import duties and taxes that may be charged on delivery — see our Shipping & Delivery page.
4. Fulfilment
Orders are fulfilled by our partner suppliers and may be dispatched from outside your country. Delivery timings are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
5. Cancellation and returns
You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — see our Returns & Refunds page for the full process. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
6. Product information
We describe products as accurately as the information supplied to us allows, including fibre composition, dimensions and care instructions. Colours may vary slightly by screen. We do not make fire-retardancy, organic, sustainability or similar certified claims unless a specific product page states otherwise with supporting evidence.
7. Promotions
Any sale price or promotional code is valid only for the period stated and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so.
8. Export restrictions
We do not knowingly ship to addresses subject to UK, EU or UN trade sanctions.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability for losses you suffer is limited to the price you paid.

If something goes wrong, contact support@allwalk.shop first and we will do our best to put it right. See our Legal Information page for details on how to escalate a complaint if we cannot resolve it directly.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Scots law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in either jurisdiction.
